Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the deposits product strategy in line with the Bank's Wealth & Retail Banking objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product design, enhancement, pricing, commercialization, and retirement.
- Drive deposit growth, portfolio profitability, and balance sheet optimization through effective product management.
- Design and implement compelling customer value propositions tailored to different customer segments.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to introduce innovative deposit solutions.
- Monitor product performance, customer behavior, and portfolio metrics to drive data-led decisions and improvements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Segments, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Transformation teams to deliver product initiatives and customer-centric solutions.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, product governance standards, and risk management frameworks.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and enhance customer journeys across deposit products and channels.
Skills and Experience
- Preferrably 4+ years of experience in banking especially in wealth management or private banking function.
- Experience in Deposits Product Management is preferred
- Excellent command in business communication skills
