Title: Proximity Manager

Job Summary
This role will be responsible for the management and monitoring of ATMs (Automated Teller Machines) and CDMs (Cash Deposit Machines). The position entails overseeing rollouts, deployments, and expansions of proximity channels, including site identification, preparation, and ensuring readiness of all pre-requisites for operational functionality. The role also involves liaising with various stakeholders for the deployment of ATMs and their auxiliary equipment, as well as monitoring and tracking the performance of these proximity channels. Additionally, the role includes developing marketing campaigns for the introduction of new services and the launch or post-implementation go-live requirements of new payment partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Management and monitoring of ATMs (Automated Teller Machine), CDM (Cash Deposit Machine)
- Responsible for rollouts, deployment and expansions of proximity channels. This includes site identification and preparation, readiness of pre-requisites required for operations of proximity channels
- Liaising with stakeholders for deployment of ATM its auxiliary equipment, monitoring and tracking of the proximity channels
- Development and implementation of services / enhancement on the proximity channel
- Analysing data/trends on the proximity channel to develop products/service which cater to customer needs
- Developing vendor relations by consistent alignment and negotiations with the existing prospective third-parties, in of superior service
- Preparing coordination’s and submissions of data reporting to the group management as well as to the central bank of Pakistan
- Providing key support to different stakeholders from the point of request generation to the endpoint of enhancing complaints
- Conducting regional analysis regulatory to identify underlying problems in service delivery and tailoring solution to counteract the respective root cause
- Develop product and service technology roadmap for proximity services
- Develop and maintain product policy and procedures to comply with bank policy and external regulation
- Achieve the milestones as planned for the annual roadmap in term of ensuring project delivery as per the plain, and achieving result as per the business case estimates / projections
- Take an active role in development marketing campaigns for new service introductions and new payments partners launch or post – implementation go-live requirements
- Simply and enhance user experience on alternate channel usage
- Study industry trends and adopt best practices
- Proximity projects as assigned
