Title: Relationship Manager - Employee Banking

Job Summary
This position is responsible for acquiring, maintaining and developing the Employee Banking business by providing high value relationship based sales and service to corporations designed to meet corporate and employee needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify potential corporate that meets our criteria.
• Pitch employee banking business proposition to targeted relationships.
• Provide customized value propositions to relationships.
• Deliver business performance objectives.
• Pre-send product bundles description and bank proposition
• Deliver promptly, and clarify what is needed for an effective first discussion
• Responsible for empanelling new corporate in accordance to the Employee Banking (EB) corporate empanelment/listing procedure.
• Effectively manage portfolio.
• Manage and grow relationship with the pool of new and existing corporate aimed at deepening corporate relationship thereby increasing employee penetration.
• Constant engagement through regular visits to corporate.
• Collect employee list with required contact info
• Agree on schedule to hold outreach events
• Understand other clients’ needs, e.g. ATM at company premises
• Manage a regular update from the client for newly joined employees.
• Liaise with the dedicated fulfilment team to ensure that all individual customer queries are dealt promptly.
• Working alongside Employee Banking Business Development Executives on employer/employee sign-ups and cross-sales activities.
• Effective liaison with the Client Relationship and Operations to ensure all stakeholders expectations are met.
• To ensure that prospects are clearly communicated about the bank charges/terms and conditions.
• To ensure “Customer Due Diligence” (CDD) requirements as prescribed by the bank are duly adhered to.
• All Legal and Compliance guidelines are adhered to.
• Data confidentiality and secrecy norms of the bank are adhered to.
• To ensure that the Sales process prescribed by the bank is fully adhered to
• Ensure error rate remain under set standard.
• Maintain complete and detailed knowledge of all the assigned products.
• Ensure awareness and adherence to all policies, guidelines, procedures and local regulatory requirements.
• Drive and implement an effective risk management framework, and promote a strong risk management and compliance culture.
• Zero tolerance on fraud, mis-selling & customer data confidentiality.
• To ensure that CDD, Anti Money Laundering (AML), mis-selling polices are understood & followed at all times.
