Job Summary
This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with DOI, Group, AML, CDD, sanctions and regulatory requirements while accurately processing and authorizing production orders and non-financial service requests within agreed SLAs. The job entails managing cheque book, signature and debit card requests, performing system updates and reconciliations, resolving queries and complaints, and monitoring key risk and operational indicators. The incumbent will coordinate with internal teams and vendors, recommend process and system improvements, and perform additional tasks assigned by the Servicing & Transacting Head or WRB Operations Head to maintain high standards of operational integrity, quality and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor workflows and authorize client maintenance requests accurately, on time and in line with SLAs, KCS and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure robust, efficient and cost-effective operational processes, resolving client queries and complaints within agreed timelines.
- Drive process and system improvements, including automation and data-driven analysis, to enhance accuracy, controls and productivity.
- Maintain strong risk management, governance and control standards, including AML / CDD / KYC, Shariah, SBP and Group policy compliance.
- Monitor and address Key Risk Indicators, complete CST/HCL requirements, and support BCP/DR and audit-related activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver agreed service standards and manage changes to systems, processes and products.
- Lead and develop staff, ensure completion of mandatory learning and leave, and promote innovation, engagement and participation in bank-wide initiatives.
- Uphold the bank’s values and conduct principles, taking ownership for ethical behavior, risk escalation and regulatory compliance.
