Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic professional to manage and grow portfolios for Personal Loans, Easy Credit, and Credit Cards, while ensuring compliance and risk management, and leading innovative product development and campaign management to boost utilization and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage portfolio growth for Personal loan, Easy Credit and Credit Cards
  • Ensure balanced growth by addressing Credit, Operations, Compliance, and Service Delivery risks, delivering timely and seamless client experiences in a cost-effective manner
  • Initiate, design and develop best in class global product suite based on local needs by providing feedback on opportunity and co-creating globally scalable solutions with the central team
  • Manage the delivery of regulatory changes so that they 
  • Support the rollout of the global suite of standardized products in market 
  • Campaign Management for Credit Cards and Easy Credit to Increase Spend, Utilization, Activation ratios, usage per customer and Ending Net Receivable
  • Responsible for new product development including opportunity assessment, product design, sourcing, evaluation, operational readiness, and launch, as well as ongoing product maintenance through assessment, requirement evaluation, securing approvals, and execution
  • Responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling, and mitigating risks to the group, with an understanding of the main risks and the individual's role in managing them
  • Ensure all compliance is met with the Global Operations Risk Framework

Skills and Experience

  • 5-6 years' experience in portfolio management for cards and loans
  • Understanding of financial products and regulations 
  • Understanding of credit quality standards and commercial lending policies
  • Be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Have strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong Analytical skills and Business Acumen 
  • Stakeholder Management
