Job Description: 

Job Summary

This role will be responsible for end-to-end Early Careers hiring, creating a future leadership pipeline, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Conduct recruitment drives, social media campaigns, meet turnaround times and quality standard regarding end to end hiring and contract management and resourcing related activities in line with global standards and service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Early Careers portfolio and assigned business function.
  • Build and develop strong, sustainable relationships with external stakeholders, promoting the Bank as an employer of choice to drive performance and recruitment.
  • Manage cross-functional and resourcing projects as required.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Head, Resourcing, Pakistan as required.
  • Ensure programs are executed as per regulatory requirements for Persons With Determination (PWD) interns.
  • Oversee end-to-end Talent Acquisition operations, including hiring, onboarding.
  • Complete Job Opening Team tasks based in-country.
  • Source candidates for Pakistan-based roles for Early Careers and assigned business functions, ensuring direct sourcing channels and preferred suppliers are used.
  • Ensure delivery of direct sourcing targets for the country, design and deliver sourcing strategies and solutions that meet business needs, generate diverse pools of applicants, and control cost bases.
  • Identify ways to build the candidate experience as they navigate the Resourcing process in-country, sharing best practice regionally and globally.
  • Organize and manage Early Careers recruitment events and activities, such as career fairs, to attract and hire top talent.
  • Ensure the Group’s selection products and processes are thoroughly embedded across the country, improving the effectiveness of selection and minimizing risks.
  • Drive culture change to embed greater hiring manager discipline in all aspects of the Resourcing process, such as upskilling hiring managers in shortlisting and providing feedback.
  • Conduct interviews for business functions and assess candidates as part of assessment days for program roles, such as Early Careers.
  • Track completion of legal right-to-work documentation, coordinating and obtaining documentation as required.
  • Coordinate completion of pre-employment checks with external vendors, ensuring candidates provide required information in a timely manner, monitoring third-party completion of checks in line with SLAs and Bank policy, and flagging issues for resolution.
  • Involve in Talent Acquisition risk-related activities.
  • Use MyRecruiting to manage the end-to-end resourcing process for Early Careers and lateral hiring for assigned businesses, keeping the system up to date.
  • Review dashboards and reports to identify and action necessary system housekeeping or compliance requirements, such as archiving and deleting applications, removing duplicate JRs, and closing JRs.
  • Escalate issues and risks as appropriate for tracking and management.
