JOB SUMMARY
• To process retail loans including credit card, approved by the credit.
• To process transactions related to management of Retail loans and credit card.
• To maintain relevant controls and procedures.
• To ensure that the established service standards are met.
• To provide administrative support to Manager /Head-Financial management on retail loans products.
• To maintain a positive working relationship with personnel of the other units of the department.
• Living the valued behaviour, compliance of local and group policies and group code of conduct.
• To process the batches from recovery teams.
• To process the a/c closure, CASBA jobs and Standing order requests.
• To have the good knowledge of excel & transaction posting debit and credit jobs.
• To maintain all required controls and procedures

Risk Management
• Execution responsibility for identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling and mitigating financial crime risk, sanctions risk and reputational risks to the Group. Also, an awareness and understanding of the main risks facing the Group and the role the individual plays in managing them
Governance
• Ensure the relevant processes are followed as per Group and Local requirement.

• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in management with knowledge of accounting, MIS and documentation.
• Strong communication skills
