Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant in Cash Management Operations to join our Kathmandu office. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the efficient delivery of cash management services to our diverse client base. This role requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth transactional processing and a seamless customer experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include handling day-to-day cash flow monitoring, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The position demands a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage ambiguity while delivering accurate and timely results.

Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end cash management operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies and streamline workflows.
- Monitor daily cash balances and support liquidity management activities.
- Support compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements through rigorous documentation and reporting.
- Investigate and rectify operational issues by applying strong technical competencies related to cash management systems and processes.
- Provide regular updates and guidance to colleagues to maintain clarity around operational procedures.
- Participate actively in process improvement and innovation to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
- Uphold the bank's values by acting with integrity and contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to support their professional development and overall team capability.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining quality and customer focus.
