Job Summary

This role is to support the IGA team to support the transition to the new platform; TPRM. This role ensures seamless operations by coordinating cross-functional support, monitoring service delivery performance, resolving issues promptly, and implementing process improvements. The Manager will also be responsible for knowledge management, team development, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • The AVP, Data and Reporting will lead the development, management, and delivery of high-quality data reporting, analytics, and insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, designing, and improving reporting frameworks, and managing a team of analysts to drive business performance through actionable insights.
  • Oversee data collection, validation, and quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Partner with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data infrastructure, pipelines, and storage solutions.
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions.
  • Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical reporting specifications.
  • Drive a data-driven culture by advocating for the use of data analytics in business decision-making.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of reporting analysts and data specialists.
  • Allocate resources and prioritize reporting and analytics initiatives.
  • Build cross-functional relationships with stakeholders in Finance, Risk, Operations, and Technology.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies, tools, and analytics methodologies.
  • Continuously refine reporting frameworks and processes to enhance business intelligence delivery.
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
  • Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association (or equivalent)

Qualifications and Competencies

•    Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
•    7+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry.
•    Proven experience in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) and SQL.
•    Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling.
•    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
•    Demonstrated leadership experience managing data/reporting teams.
•    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
