Key Responsibilities

  • Manage BBD and Investor client portfolios
  • Build effective flow business across asset classes
  • Ensure stakeholder efficiency including Custody, securities, cash management, WMPS, trading, and TM
  • Expand automation and new models to grow flow volume with minimal manual handling beyond FX to Fixed Income and FXO
  • Strengthen SCB’s FX and FI flow market position
  • Expand derivative flow businesses such as Range Accruals for retail/wealth and FXO/CCS/IRS/Commodities for BBD as B2B hedge provider
  • Provide daily market updates to FI clients and quick USDMYR quotes to Global Custodians
  • Stay updated on FEA developments affecting non-resident investors and Global Custodians, coordinating with Compliance on rulings
  • Monitor inter-segment growth opportunities with emphasis on automation for productivity
  • Drive digitization and optimize FI client portfolios beyond tail management

Qualifications

•    Licenses-Employee of registered persons (erp) - scm
•    Membership-PPKM 
•    Certifications-Pasaran Kewangan Malaysia certificate (PKMC) – ACI-FMAM/AICB
•    Languages-English

•    Products and Processes - Advise others on the key products or services in relevant areas
•    Market Knowledge (SIF) - Analyze trends and identify market opportunities (e.g. competitors' activities, products and strategies) and take appropriate action within role scope
