Job Summary
Role Purpose
• Perform end-to-end KYC and Client Management activities for an assigned CIB client portfolio, ensuring clients are appropriately onboarded, maintained and reviewed throughout the relationship lifecycle.
• Manage client onboarding, including completion of KYC and client due diligence requirements, collection and validation of required information and documentation, and coordination with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve timely account activation and ready-to-transact status.
• Perform ongoing client maintenance, including authorised-signatory updates, static-profile changes and other amendments to client records, ensuring all instructions, supporting documents and system updates are complete, accurate and properly authorised.
• Complete periodic KYC reviews and other event-driven reviews within required timelines, assess changes to client information and risk indicators, resolve documentation gaps, and escalate material issues in accordance with applicable policies and regulatory requirements.
• Engage clients and coordinate stakeholders across the value chain to provide a seamless experience while maintaining high standards of data quality, compliance, operational control and first-time-right delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Client Account Management and Business Partnership
• Act as the primary Client Management partner for the assigned portfolio, coordinating with clients, Relationship Managers, KYC Operations, Compliance and other stakeholders to complete KYC onboarding, maintenance and review activities within agreed timelines.
• Guide clients on KYC information and documentation requirements, follow up on outstanding items, clarify queries and support timely completion of client due diligence and account activation.
• Manage ongoing client-maintenance requests, including authorised-signatory updates, static-profile changes and other amendments, ensuring instructions and supporting documents are complete, accurate and appropriately authorised before processing.
• Coordinate periodic and event-driven KYC reviews by engaging clients and internal stakeholders, monitoring progress, resolving documentation or data gaps and escalating material issues or overdue actions promptly.
• Maintain a clear view of client priorities, KYC status, service issues and risks, providing regular updates to Relationship Managers and relevant stakeholders and driving actions through to closure.
• Deliver a consistent and responsive client experience while meeting service standards, applying first-time-right principles and maintaining high standards of data quality, confidentiality, compliance and operational control.

Qualifications
• Key Experiences:
• Experience completing or coordinating KYC and client due diligence for corporate or institutional clients, including onboarding, periodic reviews and event-driven reviews.
• Practical experience reviewing ownership and control structures, authorised signatories, client activities, source information and supporting documentation to assess completeness and consistency.
• Experience managing client-maintenance requests such as authorised-signatory changes, static-profile updates and amendments to client records, with appropriate validation and authorisation controls.
• Working knowledge of AML, sanctions, client-risk assessment, regulatory requirements, data confidentiality and record-management standards relevant to KYC.
• Ability to manage multiple KYC cases and deadlines, maintain accurate case records, identify documentation or data gaps, and escalate risks, exceptions and overdue actions promptly.
• Strong client and stakeholder-management experience, including clear communication of KYC requirements and effective coordination with Relationship Managers, KYC Operations, Compliance and other internal partners.
• Certifications / Qualifications (only where mandatory): Completion and ongoing maintenance of all mandatory role-based KYC, AML, sanctions, conduct and risk training or certification required by the Bank.
• Languages: Strong written and spoken English to explain KYC requirements clearly, review supporting documentation and communicate case decisions or escalations; relevant local-language capability where required for client engagement.
