Job Description: 

Job Summary

We are looking for an Associate Relationship Manager, International Clients (Global Chinese) to join our Wealth and Retail Banking team. In this role, you will build relationships with affluent Global Chinese clients, provide financial solutions, and help grow the bank’s Priority Banking business.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage relationships with new and existing Global Chinese clients.

• Understand clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable banking, wealth, investment, and insurance solutions.

• Grow client portfolios through deposits, investments, and other banking products.

• Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and financial reviews to deepen relationships.

• Generate new business through referrals, networking events, and other approved sales activities.

• Work closely with internal teams and specialists to deliver a seamless client experience.

• Ensure all activities comply with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and risk controls.

• Support digital banking adoption and educate clients on available banking channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification.

• 1–3 years of experience in banking, sales, relationship management, or customer-facing roles.

• Experience working with affluent or Global Chinese clients is an advantage.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.

• Knowledge of banking, wealth management, investment, and insurance products.

• Mandarin and English proficiency preferred to support Global Chinese clients.

• Relevant investment and insurance licenses/certifications are an advantage.

• Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work well in a team.
