Job Summary

The Integrated Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for owning the end to end planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns, combining campaign management judgment, creative direction, and marketing platform execution.
This role requires a strategic mindset to interpret business briefs, structure campaigns, make informed execution decisions, and orchestrate creative and channel elements effectively—while operating within established frameworks and platforms.
The Integrated Digital Campaign Manager works hands on across campaign planning, creative shaping, system setup, quality assurance, and launch, while continuously applying judgment to ensure campaigns are relevant, well sequenced, and execution ready.

Campaign Planning & Orchestration
•    Own the end to end planning and execution of integrated digital campaigns, from brief interpretation through to launch and review. Translate business objectives into clear campaign plans, determining channel mix, sequencing, timelines, and execution approach. Apply judgment to prioritise, structure, and phase campaign activities within established frameworks
•    Coordinate cross functional inputs (creative, platform, approvals) to ensure cohesive and timely delivery.

Creative Direction & Content Judgment
•    Shape and guide creative execution by providing direction on messaging, formats, and variations
•    Leverage modular assets, templates, and AI assisted tools to develop and refine campaign creatives
•    Review and approve creative outputs to ensure they are aligned to campaign intent, channel context, and quality standards
•    Make informed decisions on creative optimisation within campaign cycles

Key Responsibilities

Digital Platform Execution
•    Execute campaigns using existing marketing automation and campaign management platforms
•    Select appropriate workflows and platform patterns to support campaign objectives
•    Ensure accurate configuration, scheduling, and deployment across digital channels

Performance Review & Continuous Improvement
•    Review campaign performance and translate results into practical insights and recommendations
•    Identify opportunities to improve creative effectiveness, execution approach, or sequencing
•    Apply learnings to refine future campaigns and improve repeatability and scale

Stakeholder Collaboration
•    Act as a single execution owner for assigned campaigns, providing clarity and progress updates
•    Collaborate effectively with marketing, product, creative, and technology partners
•    Communicate campaign logic, decisions, and outcomes clearly and confidently

Regulatory & Business Conduct
•    Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
•    Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
•    Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
