Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Campaign Hub Governance ensures that digital sales campaigns executed through the Campaign Hub are compliant by design, consistently governed, and market-ready at scale across markets. Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain clear campaign governance frameworks and decision rules across markets.
• Embed governance into day-to-day campaign execution rather than post-launch checks.

• Establish and maintain country engagement rules for hub-led and hybrid execution.
• Govern suitability, targeting, and content lifecycle controls.
• Define and enforce AI and automated-content risk guardrails including human review and accountability.
• Monitor governance KPIs, identify systemic issues, and drive continuous improvement.

What This Role Is Not

• Not a platform administrator or martech engineer.
• Not responsible for campaign execution or creative production.
• Not a local country compliance role.

Success Measures

• Consistent campaign governance across all hub-supported markets.
• Reduced exceptions and rework over time.

Key stakeholders

• Head of Digital Sales Growth & Campaign Strategy
• Campaign Hub leadership and execution pods
• Country Digital Sales teams
• Product, Compliance and Legal (as advisory partners)

Our Ideal Candidate

•    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Risk, Compliance, Digital Business, or related field.
•    10 years of experience in digital governance - AI Governance, campaign operations, compliance, risk, or digital marketing.
•    Familiarity with Group Cross Border Policy, Country Engagement Rules (CERs), and multi-jurisdictional regulatory constraints.
•    Strong documentation, risk assessment, and audit preparedness skills.
•    Ability to work across markets and interpret market-specific regulatory requirements.

•    Experience in campaign operations, governance, digital delivery, or risk/compliance in a business context.
•    Strong judgment balancing speed versus risk.
•    Ability to operate across multiple markets with differing requirements.
•    Comfortable influencing without relying on hierarchy.
