Title: Senior Manager, Regulatory Insights and Analytics

Job Summary
• The Strategic Regulatory & Risk Initiatives Team sits within the Transformation & Change, CIB Operations & Internation Markets.
• The team has capabilities to drive large-scale regulatory and risk programmes and initiatives across businesses and International Markets, working in an agile operating model with each segment and product area. Due to the nature of these programmes and initiatives, the team supports not only the CIB Business but more broadly collaborate and engage across other divisions in the Bank to ensure delivery of pan-bank regulatory and risk initiatives, especially where most of the work or accountability sits within CIB.
• The role sits under the analytics and insights pillar in the the Strategic Regulatory & Risk Initiatives Team. The analytics and insights pillar provides horizontal analytics and data support across programs and initiatives within the team. Some key activites includes metrics design, analytics and data infrastricture design and development and reporting solution.
• The role holder will have familiarity and hands-on experience in developing business critical dashboards, developing data infrastructure and streamlining reporting processes. The role holder will also lead stakeholder engagement in refining reporting process, requiring a combination of hands-on technical expertise and project/stakeholder management skills, experience in leading and driving analytic project end to end is critical.
• The role presents an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of risk areas, and all aspects of the CIB business and international Markets, including collaboration across First Line of Defence (“1LOD), Second Line of Defence (“2LOD”) teams, Technology and Data.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics Program Delivery
• This role will lead the development of change management reporting data infrastructure for the CIB Ops & International Markets team. The role is expected to lead stakeholder engagement, technical solutioning and project management in a Datalake enhancement project, particularly on reporting data integration across multiple systems
• This role will lead the development of a insights reporting data layer to serve as the foundation of the regulatory change reporting/insights service
• Lead business analysis efforts to identify and understand business needs, translating them into actionable requirements
• This role will be responsible for establishing a strong governance and access management capability for the reporting and analytics infrastructure, ensure data sovereignty compliance.
• Work with technology and architecture teams to ensure programme goals and deliveries are aligned with wider Bank technology strategy
• Co-ordinate and support project/programme deliveries, including planning, analysis, solutioning, and coordination of inputs from stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize business processes as required, driving improvements in efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with 1LOD CIB business change teams to achieve common interpretation, understand business-specific impacts and identify any conflicting areas of interpretation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize associated business processes as required, driving improvements in efficiency and effectiveness where applicable

• Technical expertise in Data engineering(data structure, ETL and datalake design), Data Visualization (Tableau) and scripting (Python)
• Experience in designing and implementing business KPI and reporting processes
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and work with minimal management oversight to drive the best outcome possible
• Hands-on individual contributor with an eye for detail and proactive, self-managed work style
• Excellent written, communication and presentation skills; able to effectively engage, influence and manage senior business stakeholders
