Job Summary

 

We seek a skilled Product Designer for our Corporate Banking CX team with expertise in corporate banking platforms, notifications, information architecture, and client-facing financial projects. Proficiency in Figma, design systems, UX/UI, and service design is essential. You'll collaborate with international teams, support ideation, and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities

 

Strategy

  • Work with internal teams to deeply understand our products and business priorities
  • Research services, products, and users closely with client research and insights team
  • Produce high-quality UX based on client research and user testing
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes using UI components from our library
  • Present prototypes to senior leaders and clearly explain design reasoning
  • Proactively engage stakeholders to understand products and gain support for design proposals
  • Stay engaged with team and stakeholders to maintain momentum

Business

  • Our team supports Corporate and Institutional Banking, including corporate banking, trading platforms, API developer platforms, and internal productivity tools. Your focus is ESG and climate analyst services to evaluate customers on ESG frameworks.

Processes

  • Be familiar with design language systems, component libraries, UX/UI best practices, and CX fundamentals. Manage your time, take initiative, and communicate effectively in English with empathy for users.
  • Be a team player who coordinates, shares feedback, helps others, works within constraints, and learns requirements for regulated environments.

  • Ensure quality product and service design that supports efficient work. Prioritize data protection and integrate risk management throughout the design process.

Qualifications

IC Agile or SCRUM certification would be desirable

Skills and Experience

•    Experience driving projects from initiation to delivery, defining the business value gained with the program and utilising this with stakeholders for buy-in.
•    At least 5-8 years of experience in producing UX and UI design, including interactive prototypes using Figma
•    Experience working at financial institutions, including fintechs, would be desirable
•    Working knowledge of enterprise project methodology, and capable of working with IT to manage business and technical requirements for documentation
•    Experience in Agile and/or LEAN projects
•    Expert level capability in Figma
