Job Summary

Strategy

     Key contributor to a variety of types of Service management deployment initiatives.
     Responsible for the change and release management as per bank’s defined processes.
     Identify potential implications of a particular module over other existing modules.
     Prepare the ADO pipeline for various releases and secure all the approvals.
     Co-ordinate the SIA and TDA approvals related to change deployments
     Participates in the design thinking discussions

Technical

     5+ years of change and release experience in ServiceNow Platform across multiple applications (ITSM or HRSD module)
     More than 5 years of IT experience in multiple roles of SDLC  
     Should understand the features of ServiceNow.
     Proficient in Scrum and waterfall methodologies.
     Generative AI knowledge will be a plus.

     Lead the Process Optimization for specific GPO to achieve the outcomes set out
     Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

  • EDUCATION     GRADUATION FROM REPUTABLE UNIVERSITY
