Strategy

•    Align to Hive NWOW direction.

Business
•    To work with Hive Business partners, Agile Coach and Technology squads during Big Room plannings, Quarterly Performance Review, Monthly Refinement Forums, Prioritizations. Manage Hive Business and Tech Finance.

Processes
•    Compliance to NWOW Hive practices and adheres to finance policies.  

People & Talent 
•    Provide financial consultation and mediates / address impediments on Hive Matters

Risk Management
•    Awareness and compliance of group policies and risk management. 

Governance 
•    To adheres to finance policies. Provide financial consultation.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

•    Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles 
•    Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
•    Serve as a Director of the Board 
•    Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association.

Skills and Experience

•    8 and above Years of Experience Finance Management and/or Project Management related roles
•    Degree in Business Administration/ Finance / Accounting
•    Detailed understanding of process of Finance Shared Business Services
•    Experienced user of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
•    Experienced user of JIRA, Confluence 
•    Experienced on Vendor cost management / Cost center management 
•    Experienced on Project Finance & Management / Clarity Project Cost management
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills
•    Stakeholder management across department and geographical location experience 
•    Proven experience in providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project finances outcome
•    Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness
•    Strong networking and interpersonal skills
•    Acute eye for detail and strong, tenacious personality required to enforce strict governance and standards
•    Able to manage time and prioritise workload as needed
•    Team player and able to work with all levels.
