Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Asset Platform Lead with deep expertise in blockchain technologies, distributed systems, and enterprise-level architectural design. The ideal candidate will be able to propose robust architectures and effectively communicate rationales, options, and roadmap to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize AWS cloud services to design and develop robust blockchain architectures.
  • Design secure and performant blockchain infrastructure with high availability.
  • Work closely with internal technology stakeholders to optimize smart contract deployment and upgrade processes for the core platform.
  • Design and develop the hosting of secured gateways and bridges integrated with the Project team partners.
  • Collaborate with CISO to design, implement and operationalize all administration and systems in accordance with bank standards and policies.
  • Work closely with the banks selected technology providers to establish a CI/CD pipeline as per Software Release Lifecycle Standards and Policies, and create a DevOps practice and excellence center.
  • Design and develop an ITSM control library (Incident, Change, Problem, Performance management) to prepare the project team for launch.
  • Create and maintain technical specifications and architectural documentation.
  • Ensure quality and reliability in Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) practices, compliance with risk appetite, standards, and policies.
  • Develop a culture to effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives on time and in full.

Skills and Experience

  • Extensive experience in blockchain technologies, distributed systems, and enterprise-level architectural design.
  • Proven ability to design and implement cloud-native infrastructure and microservices architecture.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts and roadmaps to stakeholders.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Knowledge of secure and performant blockchain infrastructure design.
  • Familiarity with smart contract deployment and upgrade processes.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of ITSM control libraries and incident management.
  • Commitment to quality and reliability in IaaC practices.
  • Experience in designing and implementing Disaster Recovery plans.
  • Strong risk management skills.

Qualifications

Certifications (optional but beneficial):

  • Certifications such as Certified Blockchain Expert (CBE), Certified Blockchain Professional (CBP), or similar credentials.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar project management certifications.
