Title: AD, Fixed Income & Structured Products

RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
Oversee the development and management of Fixed Income & Structured Products platform & solutions tailored for Retail Banking clients as well as SME Banking clients, ensuring alignment with broader business strategies, enhancing investment product offerings and complying with governance/regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality investment solutions that meet the needs of our clients and align with the bank's strategic goals.
Business
• Implement comprehensive product strategies aimed at achieving key performance indicators
• Continuously monitor market trends and evaluate product performance to guide strategic decision-making
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments to effectively communicate the bank’s latest market insights, promotional offers, and important updates to frontline teams as well as directly to clients for improved engagement
• Oversee the design, structuring, and launch of innovative structured products and fixed income solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify client needs and market gaps, translating these insights into actionable product strategies.
• Ensure all products meet regulatory requirements and internal risk management standards.
• Develop platforms with technology team to deliver best in class client experience from investment product discoveries

• Maintain a strong focus on designing, refining, and optimizing the entire product sales process and digital platform with the goal of improving the overall customer experience, increasing operational efficiency, and ensuring full compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience in product management, with a track record of leading successful product initiatives
Risk Management
• Manage technology change risk, platform resilience risk and incident.
• Implement robust risk management frameworks to monitor and mitigate risks associated with structured products and fixed income portfolios.
• Conduct regular reviews and stress tests to ensure the resilience of the product offerings under various market conditions.
• Work closely with the risk management team to ensure alignment with the bank's overall risk appetite.
Governance
• Manage product governance, ad-hoc regular regulatory and/or internal reviews/assessments

Qualifications
• Proven experience in product management, with a track record of leading successful product initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
• Solid understanding of risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; master or advanced degree preferred.
