Job Summary
As the AD, Treasury and Transaction Management in SME Banking, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and initiatives to enhance liabilities, cash and wealth management propositions for Small to Medium Enterprises (SME) clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate, plan and execute various business initiatives, including marketing promotions and campaigns, to achieve SME banking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Support portfolio return optimization by improving customer targeting, segment strategies, and pricing approaches.
- Develop and advance the client journey by formulating strategies to increase product penetration and revenue
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure initiatives are launched with risk management considerations.
- Analyze business and sales performance and implement actions as necessary to meet targets.
- Develop and refine procedures and processes to streamline workflows and enhance client experience.
- Work closely with team members and various stakeholders to achieve business objectives and manage risk.
- Drive digitization projects to meet various automation and operational efficiency goals
- Ensure digitation initiatives are designed to deliver better client experience
- Support product owner to ensure digitization projects are launched according to planned timeline
- Assist in delivering effective governance, oversight, and controls within the business. Maintain awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates, including relevant regulatory requirements and expectations.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum of six years of professional experience in Product, Segment and Project Management within the Banking Industry
- Comprehensive understanding of Business Banking and Small to Medium Enterprises (SME) Banking
- Demonstrates strong Project Management capabilities
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management and effective collaboration
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Proficient in reading and writing in both English and Chinese
- Proficient in handling and analysing data
