Key Responsibilities
• TPS Refresh Workshops
• Capture and analysis of preparatory artefacts for workshop
• Full documentation in BRD / User Stories for development and process change
• Provide support and advice to the TTP SMEs & T&O Finance SMEs to assist with delivery of requirements
• Ensure all relevant stakeholders are engaged and contribute to the requirement phase
• Work with Finance Leadership to get ownership on sign-off of requirements
• TPS Keys Solution – Usage repository
• Provide support & oversight to the TTP SMEs & T&O Finance SMEs as part of requirements gathering
• Full documentation in BRD / User Stories for development and process change
• Provide support and advice to the TTP SMEs & T&O Finance SMEs
• Document controls & reporting requirements for TPS usage
• TPS Keys Solution – On-going maintenance
• Provide support and advice to the TTP SMEs & T&O Finance SMEs in developing DOIs and Processes to embed continuous maintenance
• Work with Finance Leadership to get ownership on sign-off of DOIs & processes
• TPS Keys Solution – Build Usage Repository
• Act as a point of contact for testing the Usage Repository
• QA test cases, track completion, co-ordinate testing
• Mitto TPS Key Refresh BA is accountable for the embedding of tooling, processes and support to successfully capturing requirements and tracking testing for TPS Keys Refresh workstream.
• Mitto TPS Key Refresh BA is required to support the TPS Key Refresh PM as needs.
• The Mitto TPS Key Refresh BA needs to work with the TPS Key Refresh PM and other stakeholders to ensure qualitive outcomes are delivered in adherence to the overall programme schedule.
• The Mitto TPS Key Refresh BA should have a demonstrated experience in working with Group Technology CIO Community and SC Finance Community. Plus, good knowledge of Tier 1 company people management and be able to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. The candidate should also have demonstrable experience in:
• Working as part of a project team
• Good understanding of financial services functions / operations
• At least 5-8 years of working within Banking industry
Key Responsibilities include:
• Adherence to the workstream schedule for deliverables
• Establish process and tooling to track testing
• Embed quality and consistency by driving the delivery of standardized DOIs, processes and reporting
• Prepare artefacts to ensure consistency and quality
• Build a collaborative and productive work environment with CIO’s, TTP and T&O Finance teams
• Provide updates as required to internal and external stakeholders as per agreed cadence on time and of high quality
• Ensure all artefacts are held in a central repository
• Track deliverables and ensure escalation in a timely manner of any impediments / blockers
• Supporting Mitto TPS Key Refresh PM by contributing to the identification of risks and resolution of impediments, issues, and blockers
• Acting as an ambassador for the Mitto Project
• Creating a sense of urgency and focus for deployment to drive timely execution & resolution of issues / impediments and blockers

• Education: The Candidate Should Have 5-6 Years Experience as A Project Analyst In Financial Services.
• Experience: With Working with Finance Transformational Change Is an Advantage.
• Certifications: PMP Or Equivalent
