JOB SUMMARY

  • Support Wealth and Retail Banking Business in executing business strategies through data-driven insights, comprehensive product performance analysis, and effective dashboard management, ultimately aiming to enhance the customer experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and to provide data insight and analytic support in setting data driven strategy and decision. 
  • Conduct business strategy and campaign review to identify good practices, opportunities and / or room to improve.
  • Create, maintain and monitor dashboards for tracking of business performance and effectiveness.
  • Collaboratiewith Campaign Team on implementation of data driven strategy.
  • Work with group modelling team on model development, model quality and business user’s requirement
  • Provide adviosry on segmentation and model usage to drive data driven strategy. 

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 8+ years working experience in data analytics or business intelligence units, preferably in Wealth Management
  • Proficient with tools like Dataiku and Programming languages like SAS/SQL, Python, Hadoop
  • Strong understanding of business domain, its strategic direction, functional goals, and the required technical & functional expertise
  • Solid analytical/logical mindset and attention to detail 
  • Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability 
  • Inquisitive, enthusiastic and a self-starter 
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and excellent follow-through 
  • Highly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent relationship building and senior stakeholder management skills. 
  • Able to operate effectively in a complex matrix driven environment.
  • University Degree or equivalent, preferably in computer science, engineering or analytical discipline, e.g. mathematics, statistics, IT, economics, finance, accounting.
