Responsibilities

  • Explore new business opportunities, including but not limited to deposits, payroll, credit cards, and mortgage referrals.
  • Deliver on objectives and achieve NSR targets.
  • Cross-sell appropriate banking products whenever opportunities arise, ensuring compliance with bank policies.
  • Achieve assigned targets as outlined in the scorecard by maximizing business prospects, cross-selling opportunities, and maintaining close relationships with relevant channels and other departments within the bank.
  • Acquire new-to-bank (NTB) clients across all segments through branch networks, call programs, outreach channels such as company on-site visits, roadshows, cross-border client acquisition.
  • Exercise necessary risk assessment procedures during new account openings by verifying clients' supporting documents and understanding their financial backgrounds.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service while handling client inquiries and requests.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and meet other key performance metrics.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business environments and client needs, with a proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
