Key Responsibilities

  • Assist to develop and implement strategies to enhance liabilities, wealth and Greater Bay Area (GBA) offerings and proposition for Small to Medium Enterprises (SME) clients
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to drive growth of SME segment
  • Plan and implement various business initiatives, including marketing promotions and campaigns to achieve SME banking Key Performance Indexes (KPIs)
  • Assist optimize portfolio return through improving customer targeting, segment strategy and pricing strategy
  • Develop and drive client journey by formulating strategies to increase product penetration
  • Work and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that the most suitable products are marketed to relevant clients
  • Analyse performance and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met
  • Develop and enhance the procedures and process to streamline the workflow and uplift client experience

  • Work closely with team members and various stakeholders to achieve business results and manage risk
  • Ensure strict compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities.
  • Assist to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in the business.  Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
  • Provide guidance to the junior staff
  • Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values in SME Banking; Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures; 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, and other related fields
  • Solid years of working experience in Product Management or Partnership Developments within Banking Industry
  • Solid familiarity in Business Banking or Small to Medium Enterprises (SME) Banking
  • Solid knowledge in Great Bay Area markets
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Exhibits solid stakeholder management and navigation skills
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Read and write in English and Chinese
