Job Summary

Retail Deposit and Mortgage Business Performance Management

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for preparing business and financial MIs for Retail Deposit and Mortgage products in a timely manner and with high accuracy.
  • Work with internal analytic teams for periodical analysis on deposit and mortgage portfolio performance trend, customer value, etc.
  • Monitor interest rate movement and alert business heads on significant change.
  • Work closely with business and vendor to maintain the Mortgage Pricing Tool for frontline to make instant pricing decision and perform regular tracking for post approval review by regulatory and internal audit.
  • Participate in the industrywide Stressed testing and financial crisis recovery planning related to mortgage and deposits business.
  • Work with Finance Liquidity Team to generate Residential mortgage loan eligible for seeking Contingent Term Facility under the HKMA Liquidity Facilities

Qualification

  • Education:        Degree or Equivalent
  • Training:           Finance or Analytics
  • Languages:      Chinese and English
