Responsibilities

  • Lead design, development, and enhancement of mortgage products to meet market demands, conducting market research and competitive analysis for new opportunities.
  • Manage retail mortgage products for sustainability and profitability, supporting new product development and re-engineering existing products.
  • Review and update policies, implement regulatory changes, and adhere to internal guidelines.
  • Drive mortgage business acquisition through strategic marketing, sales initiatives, customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop targeted campaigns, manage product-related communications, and ensure timely campaign fulfillments.
  • Conduct performance analysis, market research, and campaign tracking for product profitability, and drive innovation in mortgage products.
  • Provide expertise on mortgage products to internal teams and external partners, overseeing key projects for timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Prepare test cases and conduct necessary testing (UAT, UVT, Regression Testing), and monitor marketing campaigns and promotion programs with partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, identifying and mitigating potential project risks.
  • Uphold the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, and collaboratively resolving risk, conduct, and compliance matters.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Experience in banking or related field, with a focus on product development and business acquisition, preferably in mortgage products.
  • Strong understanding of product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Candidates with less experience or skills may be considered for junior levels.
