Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the mortgage product portfolio, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Lead the design, development, and enhancement of mortgage products to meet market demands and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new products and features.
  • Oversee and manage multiple key projects related to mortgage product development and acquisition, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted campaigns and product programs to attract new customers.
  • Drive innovation in the mortgage product space by exploring new opportunities and technologies to enhance the product portfolio

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record in product development and driving business acquisition, preferably in mortgage products.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English and Chinese, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
