Title: Associate Director, Payment Product Management

Job Summary
• Develop best-in-class payment and debit card product proposition.
• Lead new product development, enhancement of existing products/features and product management for payments in line with the overall group retail deposit products & segment strategy.
• Lead business requirements for system migration, development & implementation
• Monetize capabilities and develop analytics to track performance
• Responsible for program management of the Payment Tribe, including adherence to the Agile framework.
• Ensure appropriate testing is conducted to meet functional, performance and resilience requirement and releases are smooth to customers.
Ensure compliance of the various projects under Payment platform Tribe’s program management processes governance and standard, and be the point person for any information related to the projects under the program
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
• To build best-in-class payment and card products.
Processes
• Work closely with internal parties, including Digital, Technology, operation and segment to monitor the end-to-end process and improve customer satisfaction on product and service quality. Effectively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk and compliance matters.
Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations and corporate policies.
Governance
• Contribute to a culture in which all stakeholders feel safe to raise concerns and where risk and compliance matters are addressed and misconduct appropriately dealt with
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or Information System
• 8 years of relevant experience in Banking preferred in Payment or Card product
• Possess project and change management experience will be highly preferred
