Job Summary

The Associate Director of Client Proposition and Campaign will lead the strategic development and execution of customer-focused insurance propositions and impactful marketing campaigns within the bancassurance channel. This leadership position emphasizes driving revenue growth, improving customer acquisition and retention, and increasing insurance product penetration through banking partnerships. The role requires combining thorough market insight, innovative proposition design, data-driven campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve measurable business outcomes while maintaining full regulatory compliance in a dynamic financial services environment. 

Key Responsibilities

•    Lead the comprehensive design, development, and ongoing enhancement of client value propositions for bancassurance products, ensuring strong alignment with customer needs, banking segments, and overall business strategy
•    Manage campaign and proposition development budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation to achieve maximum impact and cost-efficiency
•    Marketing: Perform thorough market research, customer insights analysis, competitor benchmarking, and segmentation to identify opportunities for differentiated and compelling insurance offerings aligned with bank objectives
•    Channel Engagement: Foster business growth and strengthen client relationships by collaborating closely with segment teams and insurance specialists
•    Campaign and Event Management: Oversee campaigns and events for insurance partners, coordinating with internal teams on campaign design, approval processes, event support, post-event management, and performance evaluation
•    Project-based Engagements: Support the launch of new business initiatives with insurance partners and business segments, contributing to marketing and client proposition activities within Bancassurance projects

Skills and Experience

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields is required. 
  • At least 7 years of professional experience, preferably with exposure to the insurance or retail banking industries; experience in bancassurance is an advantage.
  • Experience in team leadership and project management is valued.
  • Demonstrates strong ownership, diligence, and a positive attitude. 
  • Experience working with risk-control stakeholders is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required.
