Job Description: 

Job Summary

This role is dedicated to implementing key wealth journeys for retail client base – from defining business requirements, driving projects independently, to overseeing the end-to-end launch of seamless, client-centric digital wealth experiences and internal advisory tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and integrate key wealth journeys for the retail client base, ensuring alignment with the overall client experience and strategic initiatives across the bank - Optimize client experience, drive adoption, and enhance RM-facing platforms or processes
  • Based on industry trends and competitor activities, identify strategic opportunities for platform innovation, such as Gen AI
  • Engage in hands-on problem solving, co-solutioning, and execution of projects, including myWealth and investment account opening, collaborating with Group throughout the project lifecycle. This encompasses current journey state mapping, gap analysis, research, ideation, solutioning, implementation, go-to-market, and commercialization.
  • Drive projects and oversee end-to-end launches for new digital journeys, platform enhancements, and advisory tools through collaboration with relevant local and Group stakeholders. 
  • Define and prioritize business requirements, ensuring digital priorities align with commercial objectives to deliver business value
  • Establish and manage key performance indicators related to digital wealth adoption
  • Connect and synergize among various tribes and squads to ensure client journeys are designed and executed in client-friendly manner

Ideal Candidate

•    Extensive experience in Wealth Management Product, Transformation or Project Management, and Product Marketing experience in financial services industry
•    Functional experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst in Wealth Management 
•    Sound knowledge of Wealth Management products, processes, and systems 
•    Mature self-starter with strong drive, motivation and commitment with good business sense, problem-solving and influencing skills, and a positive can-do attitude 
•    Clear and concise written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills 
•    Proficiency in MS Excel and analytical skills 
•    Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, managing deadlines and unexpected changes in priorities and requirements, adjusting quickly as circumstances dictate
