Job Description: 

Job Summary

As a Branch Manager, you’ll manage the branch to achieve the team sales target by maximizing new business and referral opportunities and deepening existing customer relationships to the specified service standards for clients, while ensuring robust sales process and stringent service standards in compliance with local regulatory requirements.

This is your opportunity to demonstrate your leadership and management skills and deliver the branch sales and service performance measures in line with the defined business plan to achieve the business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and implement strategic initiatives to accelerate client acquisition and penetration in target segments.
  • Foster a strong service culture, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client journeys.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Lead, coach, and empower frontline and support teams. Drive performance, talent retention, and training initiatives.
  • Ensure workforce planning and hiring support seamless client experience at branches and hubs.

Skills & Experience

  • 10 years of experience in Business Management and Retail Banking.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • People leadership skills and experience in building effective teams.
  • Account management experience of high-net-worth individuals.
  • Technical knowledge and expertise in consumer banking products.
