Title: Associate Director - FX, Equities & Wealth Lending Products

JOB SUMMARY
Oversee the development and management of FX, Equities and Wealth Lending Solution tailored for Retail Banking clients, ensuring alignment with broader business strategies, enhancing investment product offerings and complying with governance/regulatory requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement comprehensive product strategies aimed at achieving key performance indicators
- Continuously monitor market trends and evaluate product performance to guide strategic decision-making
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments to effectively communicate the bank’s latest market insights, promotional offers, and important updates to frontline teams as well as directly to clients for improved engagement
- Maintain a strong focus on designing, refining, and optimizing the entire product sales process and digital platform with the goal of improving the overall customer experience, increasing operational efficiency, and ensuring full compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
- Manage technology change risk, platform resilience risk and incident
Ideal Candidate
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in product management, with a track record of leading successful product initiatives
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum
• Solid understanding of risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
