Job Summary

The Keystone Programme is a multi-year programme implementing ATLAS (Core Banking System), SC Pay (New Payments Platform) & Euronet(New ATM Switch) to replace current varied core banking applications in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and Thailand. Program Keystone will be initiated with Hongkong as the first country.

Key Responsibilities for the Client Testing Programme Manager:
•    Project Planning and Execution:
o    Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for CIB client testing.
o    Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
o    Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
•    Client Engagement and Communication:
o    Coordinate with front end teams to facilitate communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues.
•    Testing Management:
o    Oversee the design, development, and execution of test cases, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all corporate client requirements.
o    Coordinate with the testing team to identify and resolve defects, ensuring that all issues are tracked and addressed promptly.
o    Ensure that testing activities comply with SCB’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.
o    Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, defect logs, and test reports.
•    Stakeholder Coordination:
o    Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders, including business, operations, implementation teams, digital channels, product, segment, programme support, Keystone testing, and technology teams.
o    Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration and alignment of testing activities with overall project objectives.
 

Key Responsibilities

•    Risk Management:
o    Identify potential risks and issues related to the testing phase and develop mitigation strategies.
o    Monitor and report on risk status, escalating issues to senior management, as necessary.
•    Team Collaboration:
o    Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous collaboration.
o    Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
•    Reporting and Documentation:
o    Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
O    Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including test plans, test cases, defect logs, and project deliverables

Qualifications

  • EDUCATION     The candidate should have 8-10 years solid experience in PMO and managing project finance and quality assurance activities.   The candidate should also have experience driving program level initiatives including process and risk governance.
