Job Summary

We’re hiring for a Delivery Performance Partner Lead (PL) to drive the execution of strategic HR initiatives aligned to our People Plan and One HR Book of Work. This role collaborates across HR teams to deliver key projects linked to Talent, Organisation Design, Culture, and Leadership, ensuring implementation is effective, aligned with business priorities, and delivers measurable outcomes. The role holder will work in an agile squad, lead local Delivery Performance team members, and be responsible for projects across the Bank’s global footprint.

About Delivery Performance
The Delivery Performance team delivers priority projects that strengthen the Bank’s people strategy, supporting a high-performing, inclusive work environment. We work across geographies and HR functions to translate strategic initiatives into tangible, business-driven results.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver time-bound projects aligned with the People Plan, supporting business challenges linked to Talent, Organisation Design, Culture, and Leadership.
 • Partner with HR leaders to understand organisational needs and translate these into project planning and execution.
 • Monitor project delivery against scope, timeline, and outcomes, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
 • Use HR data and analytics to assess project effectiveness, inform prioritisation, and define future initiatives.
 • Act as People Leader for local Delivery Performance team members, supporting their development and performance within agile squads.
 • Promote a positive, inclusive work environment, upholding our core values across all initiatives.

Skills and Experience
 • Proven experience in programme management and agile ways of working.
 • Expertise in Talent Management, Organisation Design, Culture, and Leadership initiatives.
 • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
 • Ability to influence through expertise and data-driven insights.
 • Commercial acumen and understanding of HR’s strategic role in business success.
 • Skills in work definition and project shaping.
