Responsibilities

Job Purpose 
This position is a pivotal role within our bank, responsible for driving the transformation and optimization of the campaign operation through both innovative MarTech and traditional tools and strategic planning. This position requires a visionary leader who can enhance campaign performance, improve targeting and personalization, and ensure all campaign operations align with the bank's overarching goals and objectives.

Campaign Transformation with MarTech Tools: 
•    Lead the adoption and integration of cutting-edge MarTech tools to revolutionize our campaign strategies.
•    Enhance targeting and personalization efforts to reach the right audience with the right message at the right time.
•    Continuously evaluate new technologies and methodologies to improve overall campaign performance.

Effective Campaign Management and Positive Business Influence:
•    Implement and uphold best practices in campaign management to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Manage and balance the use of innovative and traditional tools to achieve optimal results.
•    Rigorously monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize outcomes and positively influence the business.
•    Ensure all campaigns are executed on time and within budget, maintaining high standards of quality and impact

Strategic Planning of Campaign Operations:
•    Oversee the development and execution of strategic plans for all campaign operations.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the bank's goals and objectives.
•    Provide leadership and direction to the campaign operations team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Leadership, Team management and Talent Development:
•    Serve as a role model and inspirational leader who motivates and guides the campaign operations team towards achieving strategic objectives.
•    Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
•    Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of marketing professionals, ensuring clear communication of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
•    Identify and nurture the potential of team members through professional development opportunities, coaching, and feedback.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
•    Proven experience in a senior role, ideally from Wealth and Retail Banking, with a focus on campaign management and transformation.
•    Strong understanding and hands-on experience with MarTech tools and technologies.
•    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics.
•    Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
•    Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
