This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive analytics strategy that supports the bank's focus on expanding and strengthening relationships with affluent clients. Key Responsibilities
Analytics Strategy Development:
• Design and implement a forward-thinking analytics strategy tailored to the affluent market.
• Collaborate with senior management to align analytics initiatives with business goals and objectives.
Opportunity Identification:
• Lead the development of sophisticated analytical models to identify emerging opportunities within the affluent market.
• Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to uncover trends and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
Portfolio Performance Analysis:
• Analyze portfolio performance metrics to provide actionable insights that enhance balance and revenue growth.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
Customer Value Proposition Innovation:
• Drive innovation in customer value proposition, targeting, and personalization to deliver unique and customized offerings to affluent clients.
• Work closely with business, product and marketing and campaign teams to develop data-driven strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
People and Talent Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analytics professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Identify talent development needs and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including wealth management, marketing, and product teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor in analytics, providing expert guidance and support to drive business outcomes.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in analytics and wealth management.
• Promote a culture of innovation, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance analytics capabilities and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in analytics, preferably in the financial services industry with a focus on affluent and wealth management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Experience in leading and developing a team of analytics professionals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to a non-technical audience.
- Proven track record of driving business results through analytics initiatives.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and software such as SAS, R, Python, or SQL.
