Title: Director, Head of Digital Wealth Analytics & Insights

Job Summary
With increasing complexity and sophistication in digital campaigns, we seek a seasoned Director to lead the strategic performance, tracking, and management of our digital wealth campaigns and engagement journeys of our WRB clients. This role ensures that all efforts are fully aligned with business goals, maximising ROI through robust sales funnel management, meticulous campaign measurement, and effective budget control. We are looking for an analytical, commercially-minded leader, focused on delivering optimal results and elevating the Bank’s digital wealth engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Performance & Strategic Optimisation
• Lead development of analytics strategy for digital wealth campaigns, ensuring seamless end-to-end tracking, accurate tagging, and high-quality data flow across digital sales funnel for wealth products.
• Design and implement robust campaign performance frameworks – driving the team’s ability to assess campaign effectiveness, customer journey performance, and incremental sales.
• Oversee integrity of data collection, validation and verification from multiple digital sources (e.g. PEGA-TRIM, Adobe Analytics tagging, ACM) and business sales, ensuring all metrics and attribution are correct.
• Deliver strategic, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations through advanced analysis of user behaviour and digital engagement, uncovering growth opportunities and driving higher conversation rates across journeys.
Budget Planning & Cost Management
• Responsible for digital campaign contra planning, ensuring marketing budgets are allocated efficiently and aligned with business priorities.
• Manage costs for consultant-led digital marketing projects by implementing rigorous tracking and reporting standards.
• Drive cost efficiency initiatives without compromising campaign impact or client experience.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Partner with internal teams and external agencies/consultants for best-in-class digital campaign execution.
• Present campaign performance, optimisation strategies, and ROI analytics to senior management and across business units.

Qualifications
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or analytics; at least 5 years at managerial level in the financial sector preferred
• Proven ability in campaign optimisation, digital sales funnel management, campaign analytics, with hands-on experience with MarTech tools and technologies, such as PEGA-RTIM, Adobe Analytics, ACM
• Solid experience in budget management and cost-tracking for marketing projects involving both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills, including ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team management skills, with the ability to influence strategy across functions.
• University Degree or equivalent, preferably in computer science, engineering or analytical discipline, e.g. mathematics, statistics, IT, economics, finance, accounting
