Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Director to evaluate the entire systems, processes, and implementation design for client onboarding and lending solutions. In addition to analyzing current business needs and recommending optimal strategies to support our evolving objectives, the candidate will collaborate closely with Developers to develop functional specifications that fulfill these requirements. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize key issues and opportunities to boost performance and growth, ensuring a strong sales and performance management system for maximum productivity and efficiency
  • Develop, implement, and maintain procedures and controls that comply with and enhance the Group’s acquisition and deepening programs for the country
  • Manage opportunities and risks related to Acquisition, Deepening, and Client Centre teams
  • Lead the Client Research agenda, set turnaround time (TAT) targets for key products, and launch Service Guarantees
  • Collaborate across business units and functions to resolve challenges, optimizing overall performance for SME Banking clients
  • Support the Line Manager in identifying and addressing priority issues and growth opportunities, ensuring a robust sales and performance management framework for peak productivity and efficiency
  • Design, implement, and recommend procedures and controls that align with and strengthen the Group’s acquisition and deepening initiatives within the country
  • Oversee opportunity and risk management, and refine process flows related to Acquisition, Deepening, and Client Centre teams
  • Work collaboratively across departments to solve issues, enhancing overall SME Banking performance 

Skills and Experience

  • University graduate with demonstrated experience in corporate or commercial banking, ideally acquired through frontline roles.
  • Over 5 years of expertise in Product and Segment Management or Project Management.
  • Solid understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and methodologies.
  • Skilled at identifying and representing end-user needs within software development environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse business partners.
  • Strong consultative and advisory competencies.
  • Proven track record of leading projects and driving successful change implementation.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Visio.
  • Highly organized with a flexible approach to adapting when necessary.
  • Preferred candidates will possess:
  • Prior experience working with vendors in the fintech sector.
  • Familiarity with the SME business environment and ecosystem.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in project management, workflow development, or business process re-engineering.
