Key Responsibilities
Analytics Strategy Development:
- Craft and execute a cutting-edge analytics strategy specifically designed for the affluent market.
- Partner with senior leadership to ensure analytics initiatives are in sync with the company’s overarching goals and objectives.
Opportunity Identification:
- Spearhead the creation of advanced analytical models to pinpoint new opportunities within the affluent market.
- Leverage sophisticated data analytics techniques to reveal trends and insights that inform strategic decisions.
Portfolio Performance Analysis:
- Evaluate portfolio performance metrics to generate actionable insights that drive balance and revenue growth.
- Track and report key performance indicators, pinpointing areas ripe for improvement and innovation.
Customer Value Proposition Innovation:
- Lead the charge in innovating customer value propositions, targeting, and personalization to offer unique and tailored solutions to affluent clients.
- Collaborate closely with business, product, marketing, and campaign teams to formulate data-driven strategies that boost customer engagement and satisfaction.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in analytics and wealth management.
- Foster a culture of innovation, relentlessly pursuing opportunities to upgrade analytics capabilities and processes.
Ideal Candidate
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in analytics, ideally within the financial services sector, with a focus on affluent and wealth management.
- Analytical Expertise: Exceptional analytical skills with a strong ability to convert data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a team of analytics professionals.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex ideas to a non-technical audience effectively.
- Results-Driven: A successful track record of leveraging analytics initiatives to drive business outcomes.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analytics tools and software such as SAS, R, Python, or SQL.
