Title: Head of Business & Client Readiness, Keystone

JOB SUMMARY
The Keystone Programme is a multi-year programme implementing ATLAS (Core Banking System), SC Pay (New Payments Platform) & Euronet (New ATM Switch) to replace current varied core banking applications in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and Thailand. The Keystone Programme will transform and modernise the Bank’s core system and operating model to optimise speed-to-market and value. The Head of Business and Client Readiness, is a Hong Kong Permanent role accountable for the oversight of Business and Customer Readiness activities and ensuring impacted staff and departments are engaged, trained, and ready for the Change, with all pre-during-post activities planned, rehearsed, and resourced accordingly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, plan, own and drive all Business Readiness activities throughout the project lifecycle in country and BAU outsourced GBS teams, inclusive of Training, Process and Procedure updates, Business Simulation, End User Computing (EUCs) and other Workaround solutions are updated, tested and verified.
- Design, plan, own and drive the Customer Communications plan, ensuring customer/client impacted items are drafted, reviewed by Corporate Affairs Brand Marketing (CABM) and communicated to customers and clients as per the communications plan and aligned with the overall implementation plan.
- Design, and track weekly metrics and be able to present to weekly to Executives status across different readiness activities or report areas requiring their support or intervention
- Work with Bank’s internal control and assurance teams to address any risks/gaps observed and as needed, attend meetings to understand and clarify any regulator or independent assessor concerns.
REQUIREMENTS
- 15+ years in Project cutover implementations, specifically with 5+ years in testing or test reporting activities
- Developing testcase velocity forecasts and managing all dependencies
- Producing test management information reports to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to drive discussions to achieve outcomes in workshops amongst large number of teams and executives.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to ensure stakeholders understand and agree to the approach. This will require the ability to work well as part of a team, establish and maintain effective networks and liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and in an environment where priorities are subject to change
