Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and inspire a team of relationship managers to grow and deepen Corporate Partner relationships.
  • Originate and develop corporate relationships to drive business opportunities (e.g. partner capital loans, personal loan referrals, MPF referrals, merchant solutions, payroll, cards, etc.).
  • Proactively acquire new business through relationship deepening and business networking to achieve designated NSR, balance sheet and KPI targets.
  • Plan, lead and execute sales and service activities, and implement an effective sales and service delivery strategy to meet overall financial and performance objectives.
  • Drive a strong risk and control culture, managing business opportunities and associated risks within the sales teams.
  • Ensure adequate training and development for the sales workforce to strengthen sales management capability and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Specialists and other stakeholders to ensure consistent client management, marketing and product positioning for Corporate Partnerships.
  • Support the Executive Director in strategic business planning while fostering superior client relationships, client experience and service‑to‑sales conversion.

Skills and Experience

  • Solid experience in corporate banking/partnerships with strong sales and relationship skills.
  • Proven people leadership in managing and coaching sales/RM teams.
  • Good knowledge of corporate banking products.
  • Strong risk and control mindset in a sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-driven, with ability to set KPIs and execute sales strategies.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
