Title: Loan Maintenance Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for daily reconciliation that including general ledger accounts and other miscellaneous items.
• Report irregular cases to team manager or through ‘speak up’ procedures.
• Receive requests from different stakeholders and perform loan amendment to the system according to prevailing procedures and guidelines
• Document re-generation and / or retrieval as per customers’ request; internal control; investigation of irregular cases … etc.
• Activate euc to generate relevant business reports and / or forward the system reports to relevant stakeholders at timely manner.
• Conduct document verification including but not limit to signature verification against customers’ specimen kept in the bank record.
• Act as a change agent to support verification test including uat and uvt to new initiatives.
• Prepare the relevant letters to customers, solicitors and stakeholders … etc.
Leadership, People & Community Development
• Be courage of taking up new skills and capable to support multiple products including: mortgage; p. Loan and business banking
• To ensure all daily activities are complied with the bank up-to-date internal control policy, compliance and audit standard
• Associate with team manager, director for best practice sharing during team meetings
Customer Experience
• Complete tasks as per turnaround time that agreed with counter parties. E.g. Borm … etc.
Due diligence management (customer due diligence)
• To identify and report suspicious case
• To report issues that impacting to the daily operation
• To voice out own error or from teammates and assist director to conduct rectify action
Risk management & control
• Compliant to internal and external regulatory requirements at all times, in particular for money laundering prevention procedures & kyc / ccd policy and reporting any suspicious activities to the unit money laundering prevention officer and team manager.
• Work with manager of governance, compliance & business operation risk management for matters related to legal, and compliance.
• Protect customer’s data in view of pdpo is the first priority among the tasks and adopt clean desk guidelines in the own workstations
Project management and process governance
• Be courageous and take the lead to participate the business projects
• Support user acceptance test and user verification test process review and act as change agent during system deployment
• Always seek advice from director if the handling process is not clear
