Job Summary

We are looking for CRM/marketing campaign management professional to support WRB business. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive campaign management and transformation agenda to supports the bank's focus on expanding and strengthening relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities

•    Design, execute and optimize campaigns that deliver on business objectives and ensure reach into target audience, and continued nurture and qualification of leads.
•    Perform deep dive data analytics to drive end-to-end campaign effectiveness and overall financial performance KPI’s
•    Collaborate with insight team to Provide end-to-end support from Analytics to Campaign / Fulfilment Leads extraction and execution.
•    Be the internal consultant to business for strategic decisioning requiring data analytics by participating in various forums / squads for exchange of ideas / business priorities / presenting self-initiated product deep dives in these discussions.
•    Lead recurring meeting cadence with key onshore stakeholders to ensure timely and on-target execution of campaigns.
•    Proactively supports transformational initiatives & innovative analytical thinking & solutions that results into improved business performance.
•    Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analytics professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
•     Identify talent development needs and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
•    Establish clear and well documented business processes, establish checking & mitigation mechanism to ensure proper implementation.
•    Ensure adherence to bank's legal & compliance requirements.

Qualification

•    Minimum 6+ years working experience in data analytics or business intelligence units, preferably in financial industry.
•    Proficient with tools like Dataiku and Programming languages like SAS/SQL, Python, Hadoop
•    Mar-tech campaign and analytic tools such as PEGA-RTIM, and ACM, AA.
•    Strong understanding of business domain, its strategic direction, functional goals, and the required technical & functional expertise
•    Solid analytical/logical mindset and attention to detail 
•    Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability 
•    Inquisitive, enthusiastic and a self-starter 
•    Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and excellent follow-through 
•    Highly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills 
•    Excellent relationship building and senior stakeholder management skills. 
•    Able to operate effectively in a complex matrix driven environment.
•    University Degree or equivalent, preferably in computer science, engineering or analytical discipline, e.g. mathematics, statistics, IT, economics, finance, accounting
