JOB SUMMARY
Join a team dedicated to continuously enhancing collections and recovery capabilities while driving optimization and efficiency. We strive to balance technical expertise with business insight to uncover opportunities and develop effective solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulate, implement, and uphold collection strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure robust portfolio monitoring systems are established, including early warning signals and contingency plans.
- Develop an appropriate and tailored collection strategy that aligns with the portfolio's size and risk level.
- Initiate and carry out innovative actions to meet collection and recovery targets, including LI budgeting and forecasting.
- Manage credit losses within acceptable limits while maximizing the business's economic profits through sustainable growth.
- Support cost reduction in credit operations by enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of credit processes and strategies.
- Champion ongoing process improvements by enhancing collection techniques, upgrading tools, and optimizing collection systems.
- Represent collections in both country and group-level system and change projects to guarantee a smooth transition for collection processes.
- Ensure all collection activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Establish robust control mechanisms to achieve satisfactory audit outcomes.
- Identify and implement workflow re-engineering initiatives.
- Lead the agency scorecard management and assignment process.
