Job Summary

Strategy
•    Drive acquisition and partnership strategies for Priority Private Priority Banking to deliver growth on quality affluent client base, NNM and wealth penetration.   

Business
•    Deliver effective segment acquisition and partnership initiatives from developing campaign ideas, to executing programs and post-implementation review and monitoring.b] ]] b]
•    Develop appropriate channel strategies to drive client growth, including branch, digital and corporate partnership.
•    Work closely with internal stakeholders such as branch, frontlines, sales, marketing, product teams (deposit and wealth), compliance to deliver initiatives that serve client needs and effectively drive business results.   
•    Work with analytics team to track acquisition and portfolio KPI to derive actions for maximizing revenue.
•    Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends on segment strategy and identify opportunities for the bank. 

Processes
•    Ownership on end-to-end management on campaigns and initiatives. 
•    Enhance and digitize workflow and customer journeys to improve client experience.
•    Ensure group and local process standards and guidelines are complied.

•    Work effectively with respective internal and external stakeholders.

•    Ensure awareness and understanding of the risk and control environment in area of responsibility within the team

Governance
•    Ensure awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role within the team
•    Ensure both internal guidelines and regulatory requirements are fulfilled for team’s initiatives

•    Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. 
•    Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
•    Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

•    Distribution, Corporate Solutions, Digital, Retail Analytics, Deposit, Wealth Management, Marketing, Legal and Compliance

Other Responsibilities
Embed Here for Good and Group’s brand and values in Affluent Segment team; Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures.

Qualifications

•    EDUCATION: University graduate with 5 years+ of experience, at least 3 years in banking industry. 
•    TRAINING: Candidate with segment or acquisition experience is preferred.
•    Proactive, positive and with a can-do attitude.
•    Strong team player who is able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders 
•    LANGUAGES Exceptional communication skills in Chinese and English
