RESPONSIBILITIES

•     Support and provide inputs for developing operational model and shaping strategic agenda for Lending Operations under the Group Target Operating Model.
•    Implement the operating model and strategic direction for Lending Operations to best support process efficiencies and effectiveness.
•    Support the digitisation initiatives to achieve the best class client services.

•    Actively participate in different projects in identifying improvement area so as to improve the efficiency time and accuracy.
•    Support new business initiatives, marketing program launches and revenue initiatives.
•    Participate in meetings with stakeholders including Business, Sales for discussions on process transformation agenda,

•    Support daily operations of different lending products including secured and unsecured lending transactions, ensuring services rendered meet the agreed service standards
•    Regularly review work steps to improve productivity on services provided and control measures.
•    Assist to manage the overall team operation when supervisor is away from office.
•    Facilitate and support launch of new lending products
•    Participate all “back end” integration / EUC  enhancement and implementation to ensure maximum efficiency and smooth rollout.
•    Cross supporting other lending operation teams when necessary

 

Qualifications

•    At least 3 years solid working experience in lending operations.
•    Preferably university graduate (but not mandatory)
•    Familiar with the loan application process of lending products in local banking industry. An advantage
•    Project experience especially in process digitisation or automation. 
•    Fluent in Cantonese, English. Mandarin also preferrable
