JOB SUMMARY
Transactions Processing - Loans Operations
• Validate loan drawdown for IPO and other investment purpose
• Ensure loan drawdown is within approved credit limit and within sufficient collateral
• Ensure all exceptions are approved according by appropriate delegated authority and relevant policies
• Validate client interest statement
Transactions Processing – Payment & Receive
• Authenticate, validate and prioritizes customer requests for outgoing and incoming remittances payment through SWIFT, CHIPS, FED CHATS, in house funds transfer and cheques
• Ensure all payment transactions are in Compliance with OFAC Sanctions and internal policies
• Monitor payment requests are complete prior to system cut-off time
• Monitor credit card settlement process
Transactions Processing - Time Deposit
• Validate time deposit set up, renewal and termination
• Liaise with Front Office to clarify the unclear instructions
• Review time deposit exceptional, maintenance and maturity reports; and originating actions to close identified gaps
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage end to end for all Banking Operations related processes connected with client servicing and transaction execution
• To agree with GBS, extra / additional control and monitoring responsibilities, ensure no gap on transactions processed.

• Working with the RM, CSM & GBS to deliver the client journey end state vision (best in class client experience) and embed this way of working within Private Banking
Processes
• key processes include Payment, Internal fund transfer, Time Deposit and Loans drawdown
• Support existing and future process and technology initiatives/automation.
People & Talent
• Continue to work on process improvement by digital\ paperless \ automation \ streamline system with raised CR and discussion with relevant stakeholders
Risk Management
• Ensure related processes aligning to Clients’ requirements while adhering to the Bank’s Operational Risk Framework (“ORF”).
Governance
• To provide sufficient training and guidance to GBS and the team

Qualifications
• Tertiary Education or above
• 3-5 years experience in banking operations. Experience in private banking area would be an added advantage
• In-depth knowledge on SWIFT and other money transfer systems
• Customer oriented and centric to deliver high quality service
• Independent, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
• Meticulous in figures, possess the ability to multi-task for processes and controls
• Creative, good communications and interpersonal skills.
Role Specific Technical Competencies
• Knowledge on banking operations background
• Knowledge on In / Out Remittance and investigation
