JOB SUMMARY
• Originate Corporate relationships to explore business opportunities include but not limit to Payroll, Credit card, Personal loan Referral, MPF Referral, Mortgage referral, Wealth Management Product referral, Business Banking referral, Partner Captial Loan, …etc.
• Deliver financial objectives and achieve NSR target.
• Meet client satisfaction and other matrices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
• Proactively develop and acquire new business through deepening relationships, building business networks to achieve designated business targets.
Business
• Identify potential opportunities to expand the coverage of Corporate Partnerships network.
• Deliver excellent banking services, integrating our capabilities into customers strategic business need.
• Provide one stop banking solutions to proactively identify products and services that are most suitable to client.
• Conduct business referral of MPF, Personal Loan, Mortgage, Wealth Management product, Business Banking, Merchant Solution to respective Department.
• Achieve / Exceed the NSR targets against individual score card.
• Work closely with Product Specialists Department to ensure a consistent approach to client management, marketing and product positioning in the Corporate Partnerships Team.
• Foster client relationship and client experience and drive service to sales.

• Deliver financial objectives and achieve NSR target.
• Meet client satisfaction and other matrices.
People & Talent
• Provision of ongoing training and development of people and ensure that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles ensuring that they have effective supervision in place to mitigate any risks.
• Set and monitor job descriptions and objectives for direct reports and provide feedback and rewards in line with their performance against those responsibilities and objectives
Risk Management
• Ensure comply with external and internal regulations and policies. Read, understand and comply with all provisions of the Group Code of Conduct. Understand and adhere to the Bank’s Risk Policies.
• Comply with all Anti Money Laundering prevention procedures, report any suspicious activity to line manager and Financial Crime Risk Dept.
• Ensure KYC/CDD compliance for all new to bank and existing customer. Exercise risk assessment for new customers by following all necessary procedures of KYC.
• Ensure effective complaint management.
• No fail audit and enhance control and process to minimize audit recommendations.
Governance
• Follow operating and instructions / procedures, understand duties and responsibilities and the need to seek clarification or escalate issues in timely manner.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Complete e-learning on time, attend training, on the job training adequate to undertake full duties and responsibilities to prevent any operational risk.
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Qualifications
• Education Bachelor’s degree or above
• Languages English/ Putonghua
