Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain corporate relationships to explore various business opportunities, including but not limited to Payroll, Credit Card, Partner Capital Loan, and referrals.
  • Deliver on objectives and achieve Net Sales Revenue (NSR) targets.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and meet other performance metrics.
  • Proactively develop and acquire new business by deepening relationships and building business networks to achieve designated business targets.
  • Identify potential opportunities to expand the coverage of our Corporate Partnerships network.
  • Deliver excellent banking services by integrating our capabilities into customers' strategic business needs.
  • Provide comprehensive banking solutions to identify and offer the most suitable products and services to clients.
  • Conduct business referrals for MPF, Personal Loan, Mortgage, Wealth Management products, Business Banking, and Merchant Solutions to the respective departments.
  • Achieve or exceed NSR targets as outlined in the individual scorecard.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Specialists Department to ensure a consistent approach to client management, marketing, and product positioning within the Corporate Partnerships Team.
  • Foster strong client relationships and enhance the client experience to drive service to sales.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving business targets.
  • Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and client satisfaction.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
