Responsibilities

  • Manage client interactions through both inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries related to securities products, other investment products, and insurance (where applicable), ensuring a high standard of professionalism and efficiency.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients, maintaining a professional demeanor and ensuring all interactions are handled efficiently and with the highest quality.
  • Accurately execute client orders and instructions pertaining to securities and insurance products (if applicable), ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding general banking products, providing clear and accurate information to clients.
  • Efficiently resolve client issues and complaints, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to service standards.
  • Capture and document client feedback to identify areas for internal process improvements and enhance overall client experience.
  • Conduct outbound calls for specific assignments as required, ensuring all communications are conducted in a professional and timely manner.
  • Consistently meet or exceed established service level agreements and productivity standards, contributing to the overall success of the client services team.

Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of securities trading market, general banking products, and insurance products
  • Previous experience in customer servicesStrong interpersonal and communication skills
  • RI registration (HKSI paper 1,7,8 required)
  • TR licensing registration (IIQE 1,2,3 preferred)
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English, Mandarin
